Worked example
Brady's recovery routine
June 16, 2026
Meet Brady — a strength coach working back from a shoulder strain. The compounds in his protocol came from his own research and his practitioner; what makes the routine worth studying is the structure around it. Here's how a disciplined recovery block looks when every moving part is tracked.
Names, routines, and compounds in this article are illustrative examples — not endorsements, recommendations, or real client protocols.
The setup: one block, fully specified
Before day one, Brady wrote the whole block down as schedules in FitPath: which compounds, which days, what dose, what time. No decisions left for 6 a.m. — the morning checklist simply shows what today requires, and each item gets marked done as it happens.
The habits that make it stick
- Reconstitution math done once, saved. Each new vial goes through the calculator; the “pull to X units” answer gets written on the vial label along with the date.
- Site rotation, logged not remembered. Every injection records its site, so the rotation pattern is a lookup instead of a guess.
- Inventory ahead of need. Vial counts and expiration dates live in the app; reorders happen a week before running out, never after.
- A weekly review. Sunday evening: adherence for the week, skipped doses, anything to raise with his practitioner. Data, not vibes.
Steal the structure, not the stack
The compounds in anyone else's protocol are irrelevant to yours — that's between you and a licensed professional. The structure, though, transfers completely: specify the whole block up front, automate the reminders, log everything, review weekly. If you're starting from zero, Getting started with peptides walks through the five-minute setup.
