Getting started with peptides

July 7, 2026

A peptide protocol has more moving parts than most people expect: compounds, concentrations, schedules, syringes, storage, and a vial inventory that quietly runs down. None of it is hard — but all of it needs to be written down somewhere better than a notes app.

Start with a protocol you trust

FitPath won't tell you what to take or how much — that decision belongs with you and a licensed professional. What the app does is make sure the protocol you arrive with gets executed exactly as written: right compound, right dose, right day, every time.

Set up in five minutes

  • Add your peptides. Pick from the built-in library or add your own. Each entry holds your notes, favorites, and reference material.
  • Create a schedule. Days of the week, dose amount, and time. The app turns it into a daily checklist — mark each dose done, skipped, or snoozed.
  • Turn on reminders. Dose reminders are local notifications on your device. Set the default time once in Settings and forget it.
  • Log your inventory. Vials on hand, reconstitution dates, and expirations — so running out never surprises you mid-protocol.
  • Bookmark the calculator. When a new vial arrives, the reconstitution calculator turns vial size, water, and dose into a “pull to X units” answer. The math is explained in the reconstitution guide.

Then let the history work for you

Every dose you log builds a record: adherence over time, injection-site rotation, and vial usage. When you review your protocol — alone or with your clinician — you have real data instead of memory. That's the entire point of tracking.
